Rules and Regs

A complete registration will include the following:

  • Completed Student Information Form
  • Signed Liability Release Form
  • Completed and signed Wachusett Registration Form
  • A check or (CC information) made out to Wachusett Mountain Ski Area
  • A seperate check for $105 made out to Uxbridge Ski Club for bus transportation

    Registration forms can be submitted by the following methods:

  • Bring the forms to Sign up nights Wednesday October 19, 2011 or Thursday October 27, 2011
  • Bring the forms to the office at Whitin for Middle School students and to the High School office for High School students
